Single-Tooth Implants
An implant is a small titanium post that integrates with your jawbone and supports a custom porcelain crown. It preserves the neighboring teeth (which would otherwise anchor a bridge) and helps protect the jawbone, which naturally shrinks after a tooth is lost.
Because the restorative work happens in our in-house lab, the crown is designed and matched to your existing teeth by the same team who will place it. That translates to a better fit, a better aesthetic match, and a more efficient process.
Fixed Implant Hybrids & Full-Arch Reconstruction
For patients missing most or all of their teeth, a fixed implant hybrid replaces an entire arch with a non-removable restoration anchored on 4–6 implants. Unlike dentures, hybrids are permanently fixed — you eat, speak, and smile with teeth that stay with you.
These cases require careful planning and craftsmanship at every step. Dr. Brumm lectures internationally on full-arch implant restoration and is a Key Opinion Leader for Nobel Biocare and Neoss Implants.
Why Our Implant Work Looks Different
Implant dentistry has two halves: the surgical placement, and the restoration on top. Many offices do one well and outsource the other. We do both under one roof — with our in-house laboratory verifying fit, shade, and aesthetics throughout treatment.
That level of integration is the reason patients from across the country travel to our Clearwater office for complex implant cases.
