Single Implant with All Porcelain Crowns

The patient's old porcelain to gold crown bridge caused a gross pathological condition. In addition, the roots were very dark. Severe gum infection and abscessed teeth jeopardized the patient's general health.  A single implant replaced the missing central incisor and all porcelain restorations were bonded to the four front teeth.  The result displays how life-like porcelain restorations compared to porcelain/gold crowns.
