Single Implant with All Porcelain Crowns

This patient had a failing central incisor due to trauma.  The incisor was extracted and replaced with an implant.  Porcelain crowns were placed over the implant and the adjacent teeth.  The margins on the restorations are above the gum line allowing excellent long term health.
