Porcelain Crowns

This young man was in a traumatic accident and fractured his four front teeth.  The teeth were loose and required a bonded wire for stabilization.  Once the teeth were deemed stable, they required root canals and the lost tooth structure was replaced with all porcelain bonded restorations.  The patient was elated after such a traumatic experience.
